Medallion News
After nine long months of rebuilding the Medallion Pool Outlet is putting the finishing touches on our show rooms and should be finished in the next 45 days. Although Medallion was up and running a short time after the Tornado it was limited in the area of use due to the fact that over 50% of the building was destroyed or left unusable by the tornado.
Medallion has now increased the size of the showrooms by over 7000 sq ft. We are bringing in products that we never carried before so we can now provide a true backyard experience. Product displays are unbelievable with a uniqueness and freshness never seen before at Medallion.
Medallion President John Mazza was quoted as saying "It's been a long nine months but in the end we now have probably the largest and most unique retail Pool and Spa showroom on the east coast, we have improved our efficiency in our production and we have a true can do spirit among all of our employees. We could not have accomplished this without the help and dedication of our employees, the city of Colonial Heights, all the businesses that helped us and our loyal customers that stuck with us during the tough time of recovery. Thank you to all.

Questions From The Store & Tips From The Experts
When I start my pump after sitting all winter sometimes it just hums. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it?
Your pump is probably frozen in place from not running all winter. It is a good idea during the winter months to bump your pump switch on and off a couple of times each month (do not leave it on for more that one second). This will help keep the armature from sitting in the same place all winter and locking up.
